Warranty Information

Warranty coverage varies by product and is stated on the applicable product page, packaging, manual, or manufacturer documentation. Where no longer period is expressly stated, contact us promptly after discovering a possible defect so we can review available seller or manufacturer remedies.

What a warranty claim should include

  • Order number and product model or SKU.
  • Description of the issue and when it began.
  • Photographs or video showing the product, serial/model label, accessories, and issue.
  • Troubleshooting already completed.

Typical coverage

Approved coverage generally addresses verified defects in materials or workmanship during the stated coverage period. Depending on the product and circumstances, the remedy may be troubleshooting, a replacement part, replacement unit, repair where available, or refund where required.

Typical exclusions

  • Misuse, impact, liquid exposure beyond the product rating, overheating, contamination, or improper storage.
  • Operation outside documented voltage, temperature, pressure, chemical, or environmental limits.
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, firmware changes, or calibration.
  • Normal wear, depleted batteries, consumables, cosmetic wear, or accidental loss.
  • Damage to other equipment caused by incorrect installation or use.

Safety and calibration

Warranty does not make a tool suitable for safety-critical, regulated, medical, explosive-atmosphere, live-electrical, or calibrated measurement work unless the exact model documentation expressly provides that rating. Follow the manual and applicable procedures.
